```ts theme={null}
owner: string;
```

Defined in: [durability/types.ts:91](https://github.com/andresayac/botmesh/blob/main/packages/core/src/durability/types.ts#L91)

Who takes the lease.

Lease duration in ms.

### limit

```ts theme={null}
limit: number;
```

Defined in: [durability/types.ts:105](https://github.com/andresayac/botmesh/blob/main/packages/core/src/durability/types.ts#L105)

Max records to claim.

### reclaimOwn?

```ts theme={null}
reclaimOwn?: boolean;
```

Defined in: [durability/types.ts:111](https://github.com/andresayac/botmesh/blob/main/packages/core/src/durability/types.ts#L111)

Also take records leased by `owner` itself whose lease has not expired yet: a
restarted process with a stable `instanceId` reclaims what its previous
incarnation left in flight, without waiting for the lease to expire.

#### Inherited from

[`ClaimOptions`](https://botmesh.afaya.com.co/api/core/spi/interfaces/ClaimOptions).[`reclaimOwn`](https://botmesh.afaya.com.co/api/core/spi/interfaces/ClaimOptions#reclaimown)

### partitions?

```ts theme={null}
partitions?: (key) => boolean;
```

Defined in: [durability/types.ts:113](https://github.com/andresayac/botmesh/blob/main/packages/core/src/durability/types.ts#L113)

Only claim records whose partition (inbox) or chat (outbox) passes this filter (multi-replica ownership).

#### Parameters

| Parameter | Type |
| - | - |
| `key` | `string` |

#### Returns

`boolean`

#### Inherited from

[`ClaimOptions`](https://botmesh.afaya.com.co/api/core/spi/interfaces/ClaimOptions).[`partitions`](https://botmesh.afaya.com.co/api/core/spi/interfaces/ClaimOptions#partitions)

### reclaimOwnBefore?

```ts theme={null}
reclaimOwnBefore?: number;
```

Defined in: [durability/types.ts:129](https://github.com/andresayac/botmesh/blob/main/packages/core/src/durability/types.ts#L129)

With `reclaimOwn`: re-claim an own `sending` record only when its lease ends before
this time (epoch ms). A restarted replica's first sweep passes `recoveredAt + leaseMs`:
the leases its dead incarnation took end earlier, the ones it took itself since then end
later, so it never steals a send it is making (which would leave that send's completion
with a superseded fencing token). A journal that ignores it re-claims every own lease.
